Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In the same condition that you received it

- Unworn or unused

- In its original packaging

- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: For hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened or the product has been used, we cannot offer a return or refund.

Return Process

3. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Note: For hygiene reasons, products that fall under personal care goods cannot be returned if the package has been opened or the product has been used.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. Your item must meet the return eligibility criteria as outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
